The opt-out forms were passed out, but are always available to be filled out and submitted.

Remember that we all agreed as an association that political opt-out members still retain the right to vote in the CCA, just waive their ability to comment on the fund-usage that they do not contribute to. The idea is to always be able getting member input on what to use the money on and to never use it without first getting member approval.
